We are a progressive practice that sees a diverse number of cases daily, including standard small animals as well as exotics (Reptiles, Avian, Small Mammals etc.
).

You are client and patient focused and genuinely enjoy working with people and their pets.
Essential Duties but not limited to:
-Greeting clients, making them feel welcome -Ability to manage a multi-line phone system -Checking clients in, preparing new electronic medical files and maintaining accurate patient records -Working with electronic medical records (EMR) -Collecting payment at the conclusion of a visit -Liaison communication between clients and veterinarians -Ability to triage situations over the phone -Basic knowledge of veterinary products (vaccines, preventatives, medications) -General hospital care and maintenance -Ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team -Great people skills to assist in client education -Desire and motivated to learn and to be taught SUVETO VETERINARY HEALTH We are part of an innovative network of hospitals that are owned and operated by the veterinarians working in each hospital.
